3. Orders and Fulfillment

The placement of an item in your shopping cart does not constitute a reservation of inventory. An order is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email dispatched to your provided address. Given the limited print runs of collector's editions, we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our sole discretion, particularly in instances of suspected reseller activity. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Grand Luden, a full and immediate refund will be issued.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, though all our parcels are fully insured against transit damage.
